Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping or delivery.

We recommend using a trackable delivery service, as Asena Boutique is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within several business days, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. Please contact us before returning an item if you would like an exchange.
